Great Customer Service - I couldn't get the ones that I originally order and within an hour of me ordering they had let me know that they couldn't supply and gave me a choice of a different pendant but the same quality - took them up as they were just as beautiful as the ones I originally picked, replied to their email and then they confirmed again that they would ship the following day .. arrived 2 days later. Would use Pearls Only again and will recommend to my friends and family.”

“We had been looking for a replacement pearl for one that was stolen a few years back and had very specific requirements. When we saw the picture of this pendant we fell in love with it. It wasn't an exact match but very close. I waited in anticipation for it to arrive as an early Christmas present for my wife and when it did it was just as beautiful as the picture. “Absolutely stunning, and thats not just the pearls!!! When the pearls arrived i was doing washing at the other end of the house, so i ran, i knew what they were. As i sat down on the lounge i was thinking to myself, lets be realistic here, you get what you pay for and they were only $85 afterall. Knowing the apraised value of the pearls, i also thought, surely i havent been ripped off here, surely. Upon opening the most beautiful post bag I'd ever seen, im thinking to myself, this is pretty, and im feeling slightly like a someone :) i open the little letter first, ever so carefully, im in pearl mode now :) i find this little packet of what looks like fancy garden rocks, intrigued now, i read the letter. Might i add it was addressed to me! With the little rocks explained in the letter, im now shaking as i open the box. I take off the little tissue paper to reveal the most incredible thing i have ever seen! There laid out before me all in a little circular line was nothing more than a bloody beautiful treasure! I felt like a pirate and an a million dollar woman, all at the same time and i began to reflect on the time and the care it takes to produce such a thing of beauty. Kind of like life and kind of like the job interview i bought these for, beauty is in the eye of the beholder but its the self care you put in to life and interviews, that makes all the difference! Thank you so much! Confidence on the day will be all because you took the time to care!
