“My pearl studs were beautiful, gorgeous lustre and my size selection was perfect. The studs were secured in the box with gold butterfly clips and also a clear plastic/silicon cover. I assumed the double clips were only for security in transit. when i put the earrings on, one earring was very insecure on my ear and the butterfly clip did not lock onto the post. Consequently i had to attach both the gold butterfly clip and the plastic.clip to be able to wear them safely. I have only seen these plastic clips on cheap earrings. I would be really disappointed if I had to use both clips. My diamond studs have very secure butterfly clips and that is all that is required. Could you please respond. ”
