“Very impressed with the ordering system. You kept me up-to-date the whole way until the pearls arrived! They are beautiful, however, they are much smaller than what I had hoped. I already have a pair of black pearl earrings exactly the same size, and was hoping for them to be larger as advertised. You advertised that they will be between 7 and 8 mm. However, they are much closer to 7 mm. And 1 mm difference is significant when we are talking pearl size. However, the packaging is beautiful, and like I said thank you for keeping me up to date the whole way from ordering to delivery.”

“The earrings arrived promptly and in perfect condition. They look exactly as described. The only criticism I have is that the leverback hoops are smaller than I would like which makes for a snug fit. The other nearly identical pair I have from Pearls Only has a sterling silver leverback which is larger and a much roomier and more comfortable fit. Apart from that I am very pleased with the elegant and high quality appearance of the earrings.”
