“Not delivered yet despite guarantee of delivery before Christmas. Poor communication and 6 days from order to despatch is not good enough. Hopefully the product will be good when it eventually arrives, but too late for this Christmas present.I don't think I'll be shopping with you again. In tge comments section of the order form, I specifically asked if order would be delivered before Christmas but had no response.”
