Select your order from your account list and submit an exchange request.
Pearls Only will send you detailed exchange instructions via an automated notification and will assign a PearlsOnly Customer Care Specialist to follow your exchange process.
The instructions will contain the Return Authorization number which must be prominently marked on the returning package. Orders returned without this number may incur a $20 handling charge.
Upon receipt of our automated notification please follow the instructions and ensure that the exchanged item is shipped back to us packaged in its silk storage pouch.
Please do not include any bonus items, boxes or any other items received with the original order.
Also please note that returns and exchanges must be received by PearlsOnly prior to the expiry of the warranty period.
